iBookshelf is great

Great way to keep track of what youve read, what you own and are looking for. I buy e-book for my iPad on Kindle, Kobo, iBooks plus library e-books, paper books - its hard to keep track of everything and this app really helps! I especially like having the ability to select covers or photograph your own book covers.

One suggestion is to allow different views while looking at the app in landscape setting.
